Excellent visit

First visit with him was great! The staff is friendly and one thing I really love about him is he actively listens to you. Most doctors I’ve had prior never were active listeners. I would recommend him to others in town.

Dr. Lukner is a caring and compassionate doctor. He will sit down and explain everything you need to know. Employee/Nurses are very friendly.

When he has the time he is a very attentive physician. However he seems spread too thin lately and just doesn’t seem to care. It’s disappointing I really liked him at first and would like to see him back at the caring doctor he was when I first started going.

I had a very good experience at my first appt. With Dr.Lukner. All the staff was very nice. Dr. Lukner went over all my records and medications thoroughly. He is very knowledgeable and a nice personality. I have confidence in his capabilities to treat my health issues. I would recommend him! An added + if you were receiving allergy shots at PRMC is that Anna has her office here to take care of Allergy needs.

Tanisha is Phenomenal!!… She is so Caring & Understanding & puts me at ease every time I’m there !! Dr Lukner is Also GREAT... He has taken care of My healthcare needs the past four years…And I don’t know what would’ve happened to me without Him!! In short… I Trust them All with My Health & Well-being !!…. I value the time spent with Dr Lukner during my many visits and the knowledge he provides regarding my health needs. He will go into the necessary details explaining my treatment options regarding whatever my health problems may be and available treatments. The one disturbing issue I have is that of appointment timing.. most cases I end up waiting an hour or more from my scheduled time before I get to see doctor.

I love the nurses at the clinic. And Dr Lukner is awesome. He really takes the time to listen and examine the situation. He’s not constantly in a rush to get to the next patient. It may mean waiting a little longer for him to see you. To me it’s worth it to have a Dr that pays attention and cares.

Dr. Lukner is very thorough and explicit. The medication that he prescribed is helping my condition. He uncovered conditions that I didn't know existed. He took his time and focused on my health problems and I commend him for his interest in helping me. I can say that other Doctor's weren't as thorough he was to uncover underlying conditions. I thought that I had something in my eye because it was swollen. He examined it and it was a "stye" in the eye. I went to the emergency room prior to seeing Dr. Lukner. The doctor at ER. didn't discover that I had a stye on the eyelid. He addresses any concerns that I have about my medications and treatment.

The best care I have ever received.

Very seldom have to wait to go in a room. It is a very laid back place they all great you and always keep you updated when Dr. Ralf (that's what I call him) should be coming in. Dr.Ralf is amazing!! If he says you need a specialist he is right on it, I have had many doctors but none that takes care of business like him. I can not say enough goód things about him very caring and does not rush through an appointment they all are amazing! Thank you to all of them!

Dr Lukner and his staff are wonderful. I was there for Dr. Lukner to go over my ct report. To my surprise and his, it was something we have never heard of before. He emailed another doctor he knew about this report. He called me the next morning after he received an email back from the other doctor. He explained what I need to do and how important it was to follow his instructions! I trust him completely. Hopefully my wrist will heal in a few months!
